  • Have you tried any mindfulness or meditation practices lately? What did you think? I have been doing a new routine to incorporate Core and Stability. I can now do crow pose, move into a headstand, and hold it for a minute!

Have you tried any new ways to de-stress lately that you’d recommend when considering Physical Health is I have been riding my bike to new places, and doing breathing under a beautiful tree.

What’s one thing that’s been lifting your spirits recently? - ironically, spending fun time with my toddler. sometimes your greatest stress is your greatest joy. Also b/c of the playdates, been connecting with my psychologist mom friends i don't see a lot and they've been very validating and uplifting.

Is there a grounding or calming activity that’s been working well for you? One thing I have been doing that works very well is a mantra “ I can do hard things” and it also works for my clients who I have worked with too!!

ave you started or adjusted any exercise routines, or found new ways to stay active?
Yes, I’ve been making a conscious effort to stay more active by incorporating more walking into my daily routine. Whether it's taking a walk during lunch or opting for stairs instead of the elevator, these small changes have helped me stay more physically engaged throughout the day.

What’s your favorite way to take a quick mental break during the day? I close my door, take my shoes off (I have work-specific socks), put on my favorite playlist, and eat a pick-me-up snack that I intentionally pack every day
