It is a collaboration of cooking, notes, learning, video tutorials, and lots of nutrition information.

It is posted on canvas under the daily module pages or posted on the front white board.

What happens if you break 3 lab rules?

You have to temporarily be removed from lab and you have to complete a safety course in order to be let back in.

How do you go to the bathroom in this class? (Be specific)

Use one of your two hallpasses, fill it out, ask permission, give me your phone, fill out the hall pass sheet on the board, leave for 5 minutes.

What happens if you are sick for a chunk of time?

Tell me as soon as possible so I can work with you to help you to make up what you missed.

What is the chore chart, and name 2 chores on the chart?

It is a wheel on the door to the room that spins and tells you what chore your group has the responsibility of doing that day. 

Examples: Laundry folding, sweeping, sanitizing tables, random, inventory.

What happens when you finish cooking in the lab?

You start cleaning by using the cleaning sheet on the wall in each kitchen.

When do you have to have the lab contract signed by?

Before you are allowed to cook.

Can you eat or drink something besides water in this class?

Yes just not near the sewing machines.

You tie up your hair, put on your apron, wash your hands, and then gather your ingredients to get started.

We keep our voices OFF while Madison does the attendance question, participate when it is our turn, and then write the daily review and objective down in our workbooks.
