Narcotics Anonymous

These treatments have clients come to the CSB. They meet with counselors who may use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. They can help with a wide range of mental health disorders. Usually occurs about an hour per session once a week.

Outpatient Therapy

DBT

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy-helps with managing emotions through acceptance and change. Works on emotional regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal skills.

This is the person who may handle group changes and forensic evaluations.

Support group that helps empower individuals with any addictive behavior and helps provide tools during meetings. Has been meeting Thurs 3-4 but currently on hold.

Smart Recovery

A higher level of support than outpatient therapy. A person attends for several hours a day, several days a week. May include individual, group, or family therapy.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-focus on relationships between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
