Takes notes at meetings, maintains an up-to-date roster and record of attendance, keeps a record of projects, activities and events and facilitates meetings in the absence of the president and vice-president.
Who is the Secretary?
It is very important to create a supportive and inspiring community for teens today. Youth bring necessary insights, experiences and leadership to issues affecting our communities. Keystone Clubs give them a unique opportunity to in- fluence positive change in themselves, other youth, adults/caregivers and the community. Members have a chance to design and lead projects that can improve their lives and communities.

This level is for Keystone Clubs that have met the basic requirements and complete a minimum of 200 cumulative service hours completed, experiential activities in the four key focus area, created a Keystone National Project plan and submitted one #WeOwnFriday event
What is Silver Level?
collaborates with other officers and the Keystone advisor to facilitate meetings when the president is absent. They also assist the president and take care of physical meeting arrangements.

keeps a record of all money received and paid by the Club. They work closely with the Keystone advisor to make sure money is deposited for safekeeping. They collaborate with other officers, the Keystone advisor and other Keystoners to develop a budget.

Keystone is to create and maintain high standards of character, citizenship, health and education in order for teens to grow into responsible, productive adults.

Keystone is Boys & Girls Club of America's (BGCA) premiere teen character and leader- ship program. The program helps to develop good character and positive leadership skills for young members ages 14 to 18. Teens learn the value of good citizenship and community service and are encouraged to participate in activities in four key focus ar-
eas: community service, academic success, career preparation and teen outreach.
