However, we have a Guarantee Pay Program in place during the first phase of the career to help people while they learn the products and presentation. We have unlimited leads. There are businesses in every town in (their state) and every one of those businesses is a lead. Leads are junk in this business! We don't pay for leads becasue 1. leads are limited and 2. if the lead is out there... it's going to you and anyone else that is willing to pay for it 3. they're expensive. We teach our agents how to approach any business and be successful. You could drop me in any town anywehre except in New York and as long as I have my ipad I can go make 10k in a week. What we do is as simple is as simple as aking people, "if you were hurt or sick, you'd still want to get a paycheck right? That's what we do and if you don't use it you get all you're money back. I just get a few minutes, do you have a place where we can sit?
