1.) ask for the carrier
2.) If USPS then inform them that their package won't arrive until the weekday
3.) If not USPS, then check the package closet and RTS pile
4.) Collect their contact information and have DOS Hemi investigate further

3.) Once the RD places a tag on the package, you will call 4-work to impound it
A residents friend comes to the desk and requests for their spare key, because the resident is trapped outside their room. When you ask for the resident to come downstairs themselves, they claim that they are in their towel and do not feel comfortable doing so. What do you do?
Do not give the friend the spare key. If the respective residents can not come downstairs, then call 4-work or UMPD to open the door for them.
