Rushing is done in teams of 3. One person to call table to the buffet while re-folding napkins and fixing tables setting. One person to clear tables of dirty dishes. One person to water tables. We do this as a team.
When setting the room for the next event, what steps do you follow?
Check the floor plan, drop tables in their correct position, linen the tables (linens should be even on all sides with tag not showing), evenly place chairs around the tables, then set place settings
