Cards can be sent to the branch in the following situations:

  • Premier Service Customer (including VIP) / TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders
  • Customer is travelling in Canada for an extended period of time
  • Primary Cardholders can request a card for the Primary or Additional Cardholder; Additional Cardholder can only make a request for their own card
  • Issuing a copy of a card with same customer name while a valid plastic is still in the cardholder's possession (i.e. customer wants card for wallet and one to keep at home) is not allowed
