Yes! We have additional rec swim hours through the summer, winter break, and spring break.

Dates: when are people charged for the Ongoing Membership? When is the final date of the month to submit hold or cancellation paperwork? Does the membership stop after 6 months? (3)

Patrons are charged the 4th, last date for holds or cancellations is the 25th, and the membership does not end at 6th months. Many patrons hear 6 months and don't realize that is simply a commitment and cancellation rule, not the length of the membership.

Trick question! Preschool Swim is only on the weekends during the summer, but families are welcome to come to weekday Recreation Swim.

What is required to be shown for a Citizens with Disabilities pass? Bonus: a Family with Disabilities pass gives patrons what benefit?

Social Security Award Letter for disabilities; bonus answer: if the person experiencing a disability is 23 or older, the exception is allowing 3 adults on the membership.

No more than two members ages 23 or older and everyone must live under the same address.

Is it mandatory to make swim lesson parents an online login?

No, but it is HIGHLY recommended and should be brought up when setting patrons up for swim lessons.

How much is the deposit and how do they get it back?

$50 deposit is refunded to the original payer if the room is clean at the end of the reservation and everyone has exited the room as scheduled.
