Individuals in this program are often referred by courts, schools, and other agencies to perform required work hours.
What is the Community Service Worker Program? (or Volunteer Services Program)
This is the number of individuals who were placed in the verifiable employment because of the efforts of everyone at Goodwill of Southern Nevada.

This is the third phase of the Opportunity Aceelerator.
What is Launch?
These items assist participants with removing transportation barriers that may prevent them from getting a job and/or keeping a job.
What are bus passes and/or gas cards?
This fundraising program invites Goodwill customers to support local nonprofits by fundraising between $5,000 to $10,000. Each month highlights a new nonprofit throughout 2025.
What is "Care-to-Care"?
1/2 credit for "Change for Change' or "Gift of a Job".
These programs offer accelerated professional skills training in high-demand occupations such as Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Stagehand, and more!
What are Train-to-Hire? (or Training Sprints, Training Academy Programs)
This is the total number of days that Goodwill of Southern Nevada contributed to assisting individuals with disabilities in 2024. (most individuals are in programs for several days/weeks)

These are the Team Members at Goodwill of Southern Nevada who can utilize the Opportunity Accelerator framework.
Who is everyone?
(all Team Members are eligible to work a Career Coach and receive career development services)
Participants often require assistance with clothing to be able to begin work. These can be issued to remove clothing barriers.

Goodwill of Southern Nevada earned the "Gold Best Special Needs Programs" & "Gold Best Workforce Development Services" from this prestigious award.
What is the Las Vegas Review Journal's Best of Las Vegas Awards?
These programs work with community partners to provide opportunities for people with different abilities to experience the dignity of work, a sense of purpose, and a fully inclusive culture.
