Bob attacked Jem and Scout on their walk home after the play. Boo came to their defense and stabbed Bob with a knife he brought to harm the kids with.

Boo and his friends were arrested when they stole a car. At the trial the judge could have sent Boo to a reform school but his father, Mr. Radley, promised to keep Boo in the house.

After Mrs. Dubose called Atticus a "ni#%**r lover" Jem destroyed her flowers. Atticus punished Jem by making Jem go to her house and read to her everyday for a month.

Dill and Scout were boyfirned/ girlfriend and even discussed getting married one day.

Dill lived with his mother, he "didn't have a daddy". When his mother remarried, his step-father and mother would shun/ ignore Dill which caused him to run away to the Finch's home.

Tom was found guilty of raping Mayella and sent to jail. While in jail he made a break towards the fence and the guards shot him.
