The Attack Backing Program is designed to minimize backing. When parking, it is recommended you use pull through parking when available, so you can drive forward into and out of the parking space. The next best option is to drive straight into a parking spot instead of backing into it in order to minimize the amount of backing you need to do.
If pull through parking isn't available, you should back into a parking spot as you have better visibility as opposed to when you back out of a parking spot.

The MAX3 retention code says the file should be kept for as long as needed, up to a maximum of three years, and is the default retention schedule for Microsoft OneDrive and Teams. After three years of no modifications, files stored in Microsoft OneDrive or Teams will automatically be deleted when SRP actually enables that feature. We've been told for the past couple years that feature will be enabled "soon."
File will only be automatically deleted after three years in OneDrive, not Teams.

According to the IM101 training, information assets only include paper and electronic documents. Everyone has a role and is responsible for managing information. ICs communicate relevant IM practices, but you are responsible to ensure information you use is properly protected, stored, shared, retained and disposed of when no longer needed.

According to the training, storing and appropriately tagging information is done in the Classification stage.
