1. Apply sunscreen 15 to 20 minutes before going outside.
2. Wear sunscreen with an SPF rating of 30 or higher.

What happens when our body can't cool itself fast enough? Symptoms? (name at least)
Skin will be moist or clammy. Feeling overheated, tired, and weak. Headache, dizzy, nauseous.
Nosebleed can be caused by...?
1. Title head forward (over garbage/sink if possible)
2. Pinch nose until bleed stops.
3. Clean up, wear gloves.
What does RICE stand for?
Rest. Ice. Compression. Elevation
How can you keep a professional relationship with program participants?
