This is the name of the tool used to retrieve patient account information.

If the caller is not the patient, you must confirm their relationship to the patient and at least this many additional identifiers.

What is OBP A.V.D.?
In the Patient Lookup screen, this is the most common search option besides the patient’s name.

This is the connection mode and port used to connect to Allscripts PM via the primary server address.

This tab in Veradigm PM lists the patient’s insurance policies sorted by coverage type.
What is the Policies tab under Summary?
This option in the voucher menu allows you to view the claim filing date, recipient, and status.
What is View Claim Status?
Under the Account Tab, associates are only allowed to release information to these three types of contacts without special authorization.
