What's the difference between "Standard Follow-Up" and "Priority Follow-Up"?
Standard Follow-Up = routine next touch, no urgency. Priority Follow-Up = urgent, needs immediate re-contact.

A weekly video call that serves as an orientation and quality check for candidates. Kurtis or runs them. Currently required in Colorado and Bucks (PA) before any other onboarding steps proceed.

No. All submitted-stage milestones must be Completed or Not Needed before a Job Offer Request can be submitted. The Null milestone needs to be updated to In Progress immediately, and the ISR needs to follow up with the applicant to get the In Progress item across the finish line. The record is close but not ready.
What is the difference between a Job Offer Request and a Hire Request, and what triggers each one?
Job Offer Request — submitted by the ISR once all submitted-stage milestones are complete; admin reviews and sends the formal offer. Hire Request — submitted by the ISR once all pre-hire milestones are complete; admin conducts the I-9 video call and formally activates the applicant.
