No, unfortunately even though it's only one inch. We would not be able to move the toilet.

Should we overbook time slots...Why?

YES. We should always be overbooking slots in the event of a last minute cancellation

"I want a jetted tub"

We used to offer jetted tubs but we have found through our experience that they can be hard to service if anything were to go wrong with them. The jets tend to break down often and collect a lot of mold and mildew. Most of our clients prefer a nice deep soaking tub or freestanding tub without jets. Is that something you are open to taking a look at?

I completely understand why you feel that way. Some of our customers have also felt they were not able to afford the project, but they found that the project can be made quite affordable through one of our budget friendly payment options.

What we would offer you is a free in-home estimate. 

Our representative would stop out to you, take some measurements, do a full inspection, and then he will sit down with you and help you plan and design everything out. Once you pick out everything you like, he will leave you with a down-to-the-penny price, that day and the price is good for one full year

There is never an obligation the day we stop out. DOES THAT SOUND HELPFUL?

"I want a walk in tub"

Unfortunately, we do not offer walk-in tubs anymore, we've found in the past that they are very hard to maintain, expensive to fix, and to install. They generally cost anywhere from $15,000-$22,000. A lot of our customers prefer an accessible walk-in shower, which is also much more affordable, would you be open to that?

"I am not ready yet!"

I completely understand. We never plan on catching anyone the day that they are ready to get the work done. What is great about our estimates is that they're free and the price we leave you with is good for one full year with no obligation the day that we come out. It might not hurt to have someone stop out and leave a price to have in hand for when you are ready. Does that sound helpful?

Providing a free estimate is never a waste of our time. At least you can take advantage of the full inspection and free plan and design service and have a price in hand for if and when you are ready to do the project. Does that sound helpful

"Do you do tile?"

We offer a groutless tile option. It looks exactly like tile, you just don't have the pain of the grout maintenance. Does that sound like a material option you'd be open to?

"How long does the estimate take"

We ask for 60-90 minutes

30 minutes to take measurements and conduct a thorough inspection

30 minutes to sit and plan and design that new space

and 30 minutes to answer any questions

Actually, I am just in the scheduling department. Every bathroom has different plumbing layouts and conditions behind the walls that we can't see over the phone. I’d hate to give you a generic price that ends up being completely wrong for your specific space

"Can you knock down a wall to make my bathroom bigger"

We would not be able to knock down or add a full wall. WE specialize in remove and replace. If it was a small knee wall or half wall, we can add or remove that.

"I make all the decisions! Why can't you meest with just me?"

We ask to meet with both homeowners just on that first initial visit because in order to leave you with down-to-the-penny pricing, we would need you both to pick out all of the colors, patterns and fixtures etc. There are also a lot of questions that may arise while discussing any type of remodeling project. We want to keep everyone on the same page, is there ever a good time to meet with you both together? We do offer late evenings and weekend appointments.
