DD is set for statement balance. The only balance they have is an IP that is for 48 months. AH can have financial restraint because of what happened, they notice it once the payment has been completed on their bank and a new statement has been generated. What will you do?

If reimbursement is already available - reimburse the payment to have the IP reinstated, advise AH to pay the minimum due once balance has been updated after 72 hours.
