Customer View
Use the "Switch to" tab on the far right of the Business Owner view.
What part of a candidate's profile contains the Candidate's personal information such as profile number, SSN, DOB and profile status.
Applicant Information
When viewing a candidate's profile, this will be the top section of the page.
Locate the customer dashboard for Gulfstream-Savannah Corp.
Steps:
1. Switch to Customer View
2. Type Gulfstream Savannah in either field

1. Switch to Customer View
2. Type Shamrock Foods in the bottom field.
3. Press green "Go" button
4. Next, select Shamrock Foods Pre-Employment from the list provided in the top field.

It is located in our "Link List" at the bottom of the Applicant Information section.

This feature allows you to view real-time updates of when a candidate has accessed or completed any section of the background check invitation.
Locate the customer dashboard for the City of Vacaville.
Steps:
1. Switch to Customer View
2. Type City of Vacaville in either field
