Let R know we are committed to making sure they receive their incentive. Double check the address and let the R know it could be a few more days since it can take UP TO 15 BUSINESS days. (With 4th of July some payments may be taking a bit longer). Ask R if you can call them back on 07/24 to see if they got the cash. If they did not, what is your next course of action?
