Answer- yes.  “Would you like reminder calls”? Get reminder calls about payments, policy status, and other important info. This includes calls about renewals and cancellations. We may reach out using any of the phone numbers we have on file for you. Reminders may be autodialed or pre-recorded. They may be from us or made on our behalf.

E sign fulfillment discount was removed. Michigan customers have 14 days from purchase date to complete E-Fulfillment before online forms are no longer available. Discount is not removed until day 42

Answer- No transfer to cpt or snapshot you would keep call. The only way you would transfer calls would be based on mbrs response.  Examples of when to transfer to snapshot: member advise that the data is incorrect/ caller states that they drive for a company/ members ask to be transferred to snapshot/ or if you just don’t know how to explain it and you NEED a snapshot rep for better assistance

yes advise mbr trailers attached to a non-owned vehicle ONLY LIABILTY WILL TRANSFER TO TRAILER.// since mbr is renting vehicle for more than 30 days they need to add the rental car and list car company as lienholder

I live In Florida, and I have a new PWC (personal watercraft) When adding to account with the CSR they advised they could not find it on the pick list or guidelines.
