Housing program that provides housing assistance to those who are engaged in mental health services and are homeless or fleeing domestic violence.
What is Continuum of Care?
This training is provided a thorough overview of Case Management Services informed by the standards set forth by the American Case Management Association and the Commission for Case Management Certification.
What is Case Management Academy?
Type of housing that is determined by the household's income level, which must be at or below a certain percentage of the area median income.
What is income-based housing?
An evidence-based, early-intervention course that teaches participants about mental health and substance use challenges.
What is Mental Health First Aid?
In November of 1989, this non-profit agency served their first homeless clients in Ashtabula County and is still open to this day. Their location is dedicated to one of Signature Health's co-founders.
What is Samaritan House?
A workplace violence de-escalation training upon hire and at regular intervals.
What is CPI or Aegis?
Program designed to help adults with severe and persistent mental illness achieve stability and recovery outside of institutional settings.
What is Access to Wellness?
The program provides rental subsidy and case supportive services to homeless individuals and families to help them get re-established, usually providing rent for 1 to 3 months, with a goal-oriented focus on employment and/or training.
What is New Hope?
Virtual monthly training through a joint sponsorship with Case Western Reserve University and Signature Health on various topics for all staff.
