Stand in a single-file line alongside the classroom quietly. Wait for the teacher.
How do you enter the classroom? What do you do immediately after you enter the class?
Quietly. Get seated and get your supplies you need for the class out on your desk.
If you have a question or want to share something what do you do?
Raise your hand and wait to be called on. No blurting out.
While I'm teaching or talking to the class what should you be doing?
Sitting quietly and looking up AT me.
If I tell you to stop doing something do NOT talk back to me. What do you do? If you want to talk about it when would be the right time to do that?
Stop doing what I asked you to stop doing. You can talk to me about it after class or after school.
We will treat everyone with what? Give me an example.

Energy, because it's contagious. It will make others negative and we Don't have time for that.
What happens if you forget to complete a homework assignment? What happens if this starts to become frequent.
Homework tally. If it's becoming frequent then you will start serving recess detentions (as a study hall) until all missing work is completed.
When should you use the restroom? Why?
At the very beginning/end of class or during independent work time because I don't want you to miss valuable information.
Before leaving the room to use the restroom... What do you need to do first?
Fill out the sign-out sheet.
When returning to the class from the restroom what do you do?
Write down the time you returned to the class on the sign-in/sign-out sheet.
What should you never bring to the bathroom??
Pencils/pens
Where should water bottles always be placed?? Should they ever be on our desks?
Side pocket of your backpack. They should never be on the desk.
When should you not sharpen your pencil? If you do need to sharpen your pencil what should you do?
NEVER sharpen your pencil while I'm talking (teaching) to the class. It's a distraction. Get up and stand near the sharpener and wait until I'm done talking or until I say you can.

When going to get a tissue what do you not do?
You don't distract others or go back their together just to talk to each other.
If you forget to complete an assignment and you turn it in late the next day.... what % is getting deducted from the grade you get.
20% (Highest % you can get is an 80%)
If you forget to complete an assignment and you turn it in a full week late.... what % is getting deducted from the grade you get.
50% (The highest possible grade you can get is a 50%)

What will happen if you are throwing things across my classroom or PURPOSELY making my room a mess?
You will earn a demerit and then either clean up my whole classroom during lunch or after school.
