No. SDBs cannot be transferred if there is only an individual renter. The box must be closed.

After keys have been dual verified and sealed in the tan envelopes, what needs to be written on the face of the envelopes?

Scenario: You are filling out an Inventory Sheet for an involuntary box drilling. In the SDB, you find what appears to be a gold coin. How would you describe this coin on the inventory sheet?
You would write: Yellow Coin. We do not use words that imply value on the inventory sheet. Instead of Gold or Silver say Yellow or Gray.
If a box has multiple renters, this specific estate representative is legally barred from accessing the safe deposit box.
