Should she?

B. Talk to her therapist

C. Take her medicine

D. All the above

This is because talking to someone and writing down what you are feeling can clear the mind.

She could also take her medicine because taking prescribed medication will most likely regulate the brain hormones that were not being regulated.

Megan who usually speaks all through class has been quiet recently. For the past two weeks she has been exhibiting signs like, not talking to her friends as often, skipping practice, and hanging out with people who make poor decisions.

What should her friends do to help?

A. Talk to her counselor so an adult knows.

B. Talk to her personally saying you're always there.

C. Recomend smarter desicions.

D. All of the above

D! If you feel you can't help your friend you can always talk to a trusted adult to get help for them.

If you know your friend will listen to you or not it is always worth the try and knowing you support them is better than nothing.

When you recommend something it doesn't have to be a large thing, it could genuinely just be going for a walk or drawing to her mind off it.

That's why D is the answer.

Worsen. He is being completely ignorant of how she is feeling and making it consume her instead of lightening her load. If you see this happen you should talk to Charlotte or an adult you know is close to her and tell her she is supported and that your be there for her.

what is the difference when you speak to a teen about depression vs an adult?

When speaking to a teen its usually their mood you can notice first because they usually share their emotions in the way they act when its an adult though they usually acknowledge what you say so they can know what to do around others and usually better at masking (masking is when they hide how they actually feel)
