After hearing the following scenario, would you write this interaction down in the comm log?: It is a Sunday afternoon, A resident calls the center informing you that he just got a new car and wants to get a parking permit. Hearing this, you inform the resident that we can add him to our parking list and thus gaining him a parking permit. Afterwards you then tell him our hours of operation and he agrees to come into the center Monday morning at 9am.

What is.. Yes I would. [This would fall under the Needs to follow up section of the comm long. I would be informing the next CA of shift that a a resident will be coming into the center to register for a parking permit. I would also make sure to include the name and number of the resident]

What would you do scenario: At around 8pm, a resident comes into the center needing a Lock-out key for their bedroom. After following the correct lock-out procedures, you tell them about our 30 minute policy as you hand them their temporary key. It is now 11:00pm and you already left a voicemail to the resident reminding them about our policy and to return the key. However, it is looking like they wont be returning it tonight. What are your next steps?

what is... In the needs to follow up section of the commlog, inform the next CA on shift that their is a lock out key still out for (resident) and to be on the lookout when checking the HOSC drop box while opening. And in the case the key is not in the drop box, to call/ leave a voicemail to the resident reminded them of our policy and to return the key by 10pm that night.
