Yes- This is in our handbook and is considered a holiday. The office is closed and there is no In-home scheduled for that day. The only staff that are able/expected to work that day are staff that work in Res-Hab. When working in a res-hab site the staff member is paid time and a half.

24 hours for documentation done in therap. Res Hab is required to have it done before leaving the site.

No, Encompass does not pay when a consumer breaks your personal belongings. It is the responsibility of the staff member to talk with the parent in in home or your QDDP to contact the guardian to receive compensation for any broken personal items. This does not mean the parent or guardian will be willing to compensate you back. Every measure (within company policy) should be obtained to protect your belongings.

30 mins, then you must release the person supported and assess for injury. If the person continues to cause imminent danger to themselves or others, then the staff can implement another physical technique.
