Sexual Misconduct

Sexual misconduct constitutes sexually inappropriate comments and/or behaviors, including unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature toward a person by another person. For students, this could include conduct by an adult or another student during school, on school property, or at a school-sponsored activity. Behavior that occurs outside of school may still constitute sexual misconduct and a violation of district policy if that behavior disrupts a student’s ability to learn.
