After the completion of a 6 week training course what options does a cadet have to continue their journey within the CTC?

A cadet has the option to become a staff cadet at the age of 16. Another option would be to apply for advance leadership courses i.e. Leadership and challenge (rocky mountain) or an International exchange.

This trial of events involve a series of running (summer)/Skiing (winter) and marksmanship. Involves 2 relays of shooting and 3 relays of running/skiing.

When a cadet reaches out to a more experienced personnel and receives guidance the mentee will develop some of their leaders skills and qualities.
