Under the 9.1 Radio Communications Procedure - Answering Calls for Service, When a caller advises there is a White Male wearing (top to bottom) blue cap, white tshirt with blk stripes, blk pants, gold tennis shoes armed with a blk hand gun (possibly semi-automatic) on the school campus in the staff parking lot of MAC 9TH school.  According to the policy do you place the caller on hold during any time?

No. According to 9.1 Radio Communications Procedure IV. Answering Calls for Service, call takers will not put emergency callers on hold until the call has been evaluated and there is a determination that placing the caller on hold will not further enhance the caller's emergency.

Personnel experiencing an interruption in TLETS access, greater than one-year, are required to attend classroom training.  Military personnel deployed with the US Armed Forces will be granted six months of access following their return to recertify online.
