我々はお化けを閉じ込めるためにこの護符を使います。
(護符 = seal; お化け = ghost(s); 閉じ込める = trap)
We use this seal to trap ghosts.
あのお化けと、話してはいけない。
(お化け = ghost)
You must not talk to that ghost.
お化けを封じたのは危なかったね。
(お化け = ghost; 封じる = seal; 危ない = dangerous)
Sealing the ghost was dangerous.
えー、サダコのことを知らないってびっくり～
Huh? I'm surprised you don't know Sadako!
お化けのことを勉強するのは大事です。そうしないと戦えないんです。
(お化け = ghost(s); 戦う = fight)
It is important to study ghosts. If we don't, then we cannot fight them.
うちのゾンビ豚は一日に五回えさをやらなきゃ。
(ゾンビ = zombie; えさをやる = feed)
I have to feed my zombie pig five times a day.
うちのゾンビ子豚はもう走り始めた。
(ゾンビ = zombie; もう = already)
Our baby zombie pig already started running.
お願いしてよろしいでしょうか？うちのゾンビ豚の散歩をしてくれませんか？
(ゾンビ = zombie)
May I ask you a favour? Could you take our zombie pig for a walk?
太郎は太子がお化けの巣窟を見つけることを見て嬉しかった。
(お化けの巣窟 = ghosts' lair)
Taro was happy to see Tako finding the ghosts' lair.
あっちのトイレ、掃除しなくていいよ。ハナコはやってくれるから。
(トイレ = toilet)
You don't have to clean that toilet because Hanako will do it.
A: サダコと会ったのは怖かったんだ。
B: そのように言ってはダメだよ。
A: Meeting Sadako was scary.
B: You mustn't speak like that.
サダコがどこで見つかるか教えていただけますでしょうか？
(どこで~か = where to ~)
Could you tell me where to find Sadako?
俺たちはね、洞窟に住んでいるおじをザ・デーモン・スレーヤーと呼ぶのよ。お化けを見ると殺すから。
(洞窟 = cave; おじ = old man; お化け = ghost; 殺す = kill)
We call the old man in the cave the Demon Slayer. Because if he sees a ghost, he kill it.
A: お化け屋敷でパーティーすると聞いたんだけど。
B: そうだよ。絶対来て。
(お化け屋敷 = haunted house; パーティーする = have a party)
A: I heard you're going to have a party at the haunted house?
B: Yeah! You must come.
あ、眼球スープを作らなくていいよ。冷蔵庫にあるよ。昨日作り終わったから。
(眼球 = eyeball; 冷蔵庫 = fridge)
Oh, you don't have to make the eyeball soup. It's in the fridge - I finished making it yesterday.
もし護符に呪力をやり続けないと、鬼が逃げ出すんだ。
(護符 = seal; 呪力をやる = give power; 鬼 = demon; 逃げ出す = break out)
If we don't continue giving the seal power, the demon will break out.
A: お前が刀を壊しちゃったんだ！
B: やばい！お化けを殺すために、刀が必要だ！どうしようか？！
A: 私が天才だと思ってんのか？まったく知らん！
(壊す = break - broke; お化け = ghost(s); 殺す = kill; 天才 = genius; どうしようか = ～すべき・したほうがいいを使って)
A: You broke the katana!
B: Oh no! We need it to kill the ghosts! What should we do?
A: Do you think I'm a genius?! I don't know!
A: ゾンビは学校を襲撃してるんだって
B: 止めなきゃ！
A: どうやって？！
B: 扉を閉めろ。直接に戦ってはいけない
(襲撃する = attack; 戦う = fight)
A: Zombies are attacking the school!
B: We have to stop them!
A: How?!
B: Close the doors. We must not fight them directly.
やったー！お化けスレイヤー学校で勉強し終わるのに５年間もかかったんだけどやっとできた。
(お化けスレイヤー学校 = Ghost Slayer School; かかる = take - took (主語はit)
Aha! It took me 5 years to finish studying at Ghost Slayer School, but I finally did it!
A: ねえ、太子はサダコのビデオテープを持っているか知っている？
B: へええ、知らなかった。見る？
A: 知らんけど見るとサダコが現れるはず。怖いね。
(ビデオテープ = videotape; 現れる = appear)
A: Hey, did you know Tako has Sadako's videotape?
B: Huh, really? Will she watch it?
A: Dunno, but if she does, Sadako will appear, right? How scary.
