Calming Corner


  • The Calming corner is a safe space to help you:
    • Calm your body
    • Feel ready to learn again 
  • Ask Ms. Slyvchak to use the comfy corner 
  • You cannot go in the middle of a lesson 
  • Use 1-2 fidgets 
  • No laying down or putting fidgets in your mouth
  • Set a time for 3 minutes, then return to learning
  • It is not for playing, it is for calming 
  • If you are not using the calming corner correctly, you will not be able to use it
