Leave her alone. Don't let her know you can hear her. This triggers her. You can hear her if the TV is off or on mute. She's not quiet about her episodes.

What is the order of PRN's to be given
Gabapentin then Quetiapine 30 minutes to an hour after is gabapentin is not working, due to regular scheduled dose of Quetiapine- then you need to make sure its at least an hour before her next scheduled meds
What do you do if you're having an issue with your coworker?
Try to talk to them about it, if you can't figure it out- go TL, if TL can't figure it out TL schedules an appointment for you, coworker & TL with HR. If we all can't, 1 staff gets transferred.
What do you do if a client doesn't want to shower for 5 days straight?
Refusal of services after day 3. and 1 for each day after.
