Explain the difference between voice carry over (VCO) and hearing carry over (HCO)
VCO - Caller uses their own voice to speak with the call receiver. The caller reads the reply from the call receiver on the TTY screen.
HCO - Call receiver will use TTY to receive the callers message but should then speak to the caller instead of typing.
