When children are actually sitting down to eat.
What do we need by every sink to wash our hands, and how should children wash their hands?
Soap and water. Not water pumps. Wash vigorously for 20 seconds. Not pump and run hands under water.
How do I clean nap mats after nap time?

If there is an accident on them we disinfect by using disinfect spray, wait 5 minutes, wipe, rinse with plain water, wipe and sanitize.
Who is in charge of checking the emergency backpacks and when?
Classroom teachers. At the beginning of the month.
What are the two ways I can clean the tables before meals?
1. Spray with sanitizer wipe and spray with saniter and leave to dry.
2. spray with soapy water, wipe. rinse with water, wipe. Spray with sanitizer and leave to dry.
What do I do with my left overs?
Lunch: Toss, Keep milk
PM Snack: Unopen packages send back next day
How far apart do nap mats need to be?
3-feet apart
8:30, 12:30, 1:00, 3:00 and if someone leaves or arrives throughout the day.
When do our cabinets need to be locked?
When children are present in our classrooms.
Who should pass the serving bowl and the milk pitcher at meal time?
The children may ask a peer to pass an item, or if it is closer to the teacher, they may ask the teacher for assistance. They should not reach across the table; instead, they should be encouraged to pass items around the table.
Do I order a lunch for someone who isn't here by 9am?
No, not unless they have messaged you on Dojo or have already communicated that they will be here and need a lunch. If they arrive later, they can go to Ann and request a lunch, but lunch can not be ordered after 9:30am. If they arrive after 9:30am, let them know they need to bring in lunch for their child by 11am.
What do I wear on my hands when I am helping someone in the bathroom?

Out of reach of children, like on top of the window seal.
When does playground C need to be checked and by whom?
Daily in the morning. Whoever is in charge of the job duties chart, this month Alex.
What does a very basic and very minimum family-style meal time look like?
Self-serving fruits and veggies when available. Passing of those around the table.
Can I eat when I am hungry?
Yes, absolutely, but staff are expected to sit and eat with the children during scheduled meal times. Please bring only healthy foods, as we are modeling healthy eating habits. Less healthy items should be saved for the staff lounge. Accommodations can be made on a case-by-case basis for health-related needs.
What do I need to be checking every couple of hours? And, especially before recess, nap time, end of day/ED.

Who is your FSC and what does she do?
Rocio. She supports our families with accessing health services, housing, education, and employment support. She also helps students access food and clothing. And encourages families to be involved in their students' education. She is also a bridge between families and educators.

I put it in a bag, then throw it in a trash that has a bag and a lid. I spray the changing mat (or paper towel) if I used it with the disinfecting spray (wait 5 minutes) wipe, then spray with plain water (rinse), wipe, then spray with sanitize solution.
Are we allowed to use disinfecting wipes or Fabuloso or our products like those?
No, not in the classroom.
What are the educational requirements of all of our teachers for HS? Think of one HS classroom and what that consist of.
We do not look at our teachers as lead and assistants. However, when HS looks at our program they do.
Each room will have a lead teacher with a BA in ECE or equivalent (or working towards).
Each room also has an assistant teacher with an AA in ECE or equivalent (or working towards).
