The police are to be called by the in-charge staff at the resident, if after conducting a detailed search of the residence and the premises, the resident cannot be located. A supervisor, and if after hours, the on-call supervisor, shall be immediately notified. The supervisor will then immediately notify the program manager and/or a director.
