Process Tracker- add "cancelled" note and move to "archived";
Tessi- remove performance lines + add "cancelled";

This elementary school in Wyoming is interested in Space, is not a Low Income school but is asking for a needed discount.

This school in Bellingham is interested in learning about wetlands! They are Title I and heard about a Water Works grant that provided free programs.
