What does it mean to have a growth mindset?

A growth mindset is believing that your brain is like a muscle—the more you use it and challenge it, the stronger it grows. It means knowing that intelligence isn't fixed, and you can get smarter through hard work, trying new strategies, and learning from mistakes. It's turning "I can't do it" into "I can't do it yet".
