You say something unkind to a friend when you are upset. Is this big, little, or medium?

It depends on what was said, but overall, this is a medium problem. If you were upset when you were unkind, try your best to calm your body down and apologize to your friend when you feel ready. Be honest with counselors and your friend to let them know you were upset and did not mean to be unkind. If you need help or are unsure what to do, reach out to a counselor for support. It is okay to feel big emotions, but what is not okay is being unkind or unsafe to others because of them.
