Solemn promises that are made to or before God. Married couples make them on their wedding day and priests and religious make them on the day of their profession or ordination.
What are Vows?
One of the two parts of the Bible, it was written before Jesus came to Earth, and tells the story of God’s covenants with the people of Israel.
