Why do I love Sevika's character arc? (Arcane)
Sevika desired change more than anything. She was a devout follower of Vander until she felt he had gone passive. She then became an underling for Silco until his death, though, she wasn't satisfied with his methods and effectiveness. She then followed Jinx, despite Jinx's dismissiveness about being a symbol for the people. A major scene we see with Sevika regarding her arc occurs when Jinx refuses to give a motivational speech to the Undercity, so Sevika steps in and does it herself. This is the first example we see of Sevika seeking change of her volition, rather than at the hands of someone else. Sevika continues through the series by fighting against Ambessa and her rule, which is a choice she makes for herself. Before Silco's death, she only would have done so if he had commanded her to. The last scene of Sevika in the series shows Sevika sitting in a counselors seat in place of Caitlyn. Her arc concludes with her choosing to create the change she wants to see herself. Instead of being a human weapon for another person, she finally takes initiative and takes on a position power by herself. Not only is Sevika the most stunningly gorgeous, attractive, strong, absolute god of a woman, she is also deeply complex even though at first, she seems like her character is only limited to being an underling for another person.
