No, Any lengthy emails with content relevant should be saved in S drive and referred to in progress notes. Otherwise 1 line of “emailed to book appt” suffices. No internal emails
If a family goes from Enquiries and Preservice to EI2 Learn & Listen without completing Talk Together, how do they receive the foundational knowledge of listening and spoken language across all the disciplines?
Families can access TT Connect using their own access details at a time and place convenient to them
Use aspects of TT Connect modules within a regular Listening and Spoken Language session and if particular areas are observed in a session that require further input from another discipline, the case managing LSL would arrange an individual session with an Aud/CFC team member.
A parent has pointed out the price on their Service Rec is different to what they have on their Service Agreement. What do I do?

a.put what the parent thinks the delay is on the SR
b. estimate the biggest possible delay and add that to the SR
c. Do not add the parent report if you feel that clinically there is no delay
d. Pass it to another team member to sort out
a. Parent report of delays should only be used when we have only just met a family and have not had sufficient time to form a clinical opinion / collect relevant information prior to finalising the Service Recommendation for the family to take to their NDIS meeting.
If using this on the Service Recommendation, the comments in the document would reflect the relationship is new and this is why parent report has been included.
