What is the difference between availability and request offs?
Availability is over the course of weeks or months. Request off is a few day(s) you need off.
You have school every week mon-fri so your availability is you cannot work those days from 8am-3pm. You have a doctors appointment next Thursday and need the day off.

A guest orders a 9" Gluten free pizza...how do you ring it in?
You let the guest know the gluten free pizzas are only in the large size. You ring it in as a 14"pizza and hit GLUTEN FREE
How does an associate receive the referral bonus after 30 and 90 days?
Both referred and referring associates must have perfect attendance for 30/90 days
How do you properly call off for a shift?
You must speak with a manager or supervisor and it must be 2 hours before shift

Tuesday before

Mixed greens, romaine, tomatoes, black olives, mozzarella cheese, crispy pepperoni. (everything in the barn salad except banana peppers)
What do you do if you cannot work a scheduled shift?
Try to find coverage - if you find someone, it is not considered a call off. If you cannot find someone, it is a call off and will be documented

Employee can discuss any idea or topic with any manager they feel comfortable with
When must availability changes be in?
2 weeks PRIOR to the date of change
