Aggressive: loud, in the other persons face, blaming, negative communication, often yelling or arguing about what you want.
Passive: quiet, unresponsive, timid and small communication, often you are not saying what you need or want.
Assertive: telling what you need or want with a reason in a respectful, strait-forward way.
