After ELA, you will enter the room and get your things from your locker.

Ms. Townsend will choose new helpers every Friday for the next week.
When are our bathroom breaks?
We will have a bathroom break after specials,before lunch, and during break time.
What do I first when I enter the room for class?
You will immediately read the front screen for directions.
Where do I put my phone?
In the green tote labeled phones.
After I get my backpack, what do I do?
Go directly to your seat.
Where can I find supplies if I forgot mine?
Ms. Townsend has supplies (pencils, scissors) in the back cubby. Please only take what you need.
What do I do if I need a bathroom break during class?
Raise your hand and ask
How will I complete bell ringers?
Each table will have scissors, glue, and a bell ringer. You will add each daily bellringer to your journal.

How do i get my phone at the end of the day?
Once you get seated, I will pass out phones.
When can I sharpen my pencil?
Sharpen pencils at the beginning of class. If you need to during class, you need to raise your hand.
What time do we eat lunch?
Early! 10:40-11:10
When will I have tests?
Bell Ringer quizzes are the last day of every week (mostly Friday).

Am I allowed to get my friend's phone out of the box?
No, you are never allowed to get someone else's phone out of the box.
How do I get the teacher's attention during class?
Raise your hand, please don't snap at me, yell my name across the room, or get out of your seat.
Can we eat in class?
Where do I keep my science journal?
All science journals will be kept in the classroom on the back bookcase.
When do I eat breakfast?
After you unpack in the morning, you can grab breakfast and sit at your seat.
Can I help clean up the classroom?
If you are chosen to help clean up for the week, your name will be on the classroom job wall.
Can I talk during class?
Yes! You may talk during appropriate times like group work, experiments, and class discussion. Please don't talk while someone else is like my classmate or teacher.
What do I do if I have an emergency?
Get to the bathroom as quickly as you can!
