Prior to attending any external facing outreach or marketing events, please ensure to take a lock box or cash bag that can be used to store physical paper applications.
If one can't be accessed or provided for an event, the collection of paper applications or member PII is prohibited

What are the required steps to closing the branch?
Verify that all vaults are locked and cabinet locks are secured according to the Secured Items Storage Requirements procedures.
Ensure drawers with bait money are locked prior to closing and exiting the branch.
Scan the branch for any documents containing sensitive information, (e.g., Personal Identifiable Information [PII]) and ensure they are stored according to the Secured Items Storage procedures.
Thoroughly inspect the following areas, as accessible, to verify that no one remains in the branch:
Ensure adequate lighting is on throughout the branch and the lobby.
Ensure visibility into the branch by following the requirements for all the window shades/blinds.
Reset the all-clear signal if there are no security issues.
Activate the alarm.
Lock all doors (e.g., front entrance, folding wall) leading to the branch lobby.
