An acronym for a set of distraction techniques to be used in a crisis or when faced with a problem that appears overwhelming and you do not want to react in a way that makes it worse.

What's an example of a wise mind, emotional mind, and rational mind?

Wise mind takes emotion into account as well as logic. Emotion mind may make you react quicker to your impulses and urges. Rational mind may involve cutting off emotions and rationalizing behaviors that aren't acceptable.
