Alphabetically organized information in the form of a set of volumes (ex. Volume A, Volume B).

Imaginative stories that are based on oral stories from long ago.
Folktale
A fictional story set in the future, often with aliens.
Science Fiction
A short story with animal characters that has a moral or lesson at the end.
Fable
The story of a person's life written by that person.
Autobiography
A book published yearly that gives current information on various topics, like fashion, world records, music, etc.
Alamanac
Stories that are written in dialogue form, and are presented on stage.
Drama or Play
A fictional story set in the past, and often based on events that really took place, like World War II.
Historical Fiction
A fictional story that tells how something came to be in nature, like "How the Tiger Got Its Stripes".

A short composition that states the author's viewpoint on a subject
