These are the people (or animals, or robots, or. . .) in the story.
What are characters?

What is a food chain?
Might be a cottage in the woods, might be a boat in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, might even be New York City. This is where the story happens.
What is the setting?
Lemon lions licking lime lollipops.
What is alliteration?
36 inches.
What is a yard?
The force that keeps the airplane in the air.
What is lift?
This ecosytem contains creatures that breathe oxygen and those that don't.
What is the ocean?
These are all the events that make up the story.
