Number of consecutive no-call, no-shows before an employee is considered to have voluntarily resigned.
What is three consecutive days?
When an employee quits and gives at least 72 hours’ notice, this must be provided on their final day of work.
What is a final paycheck?
Employees are reminded that all of their emails, files, and chats belong to Curtis Homes, meaning they have zero expectation of this
What is privacy?
If an employee reports that another staff member made inappropriate comments or gestures, this policy requires an immediate and thorough investigation.
