This body position keeps you balanced and ready to move while dribbling.
What is a dribbling stance?
This type of pass goes straight from your chest to your teammate’s chest.
What is a chest pass?

Your feet should be positioned this way in defensive stance.

What is press/defend?
You should keep these up instead of staring at the ball.
What are your eyes?
You should aim for this body part when passing.
What is the chest?
This type of shot is taken while jumping in the air.
What is a jump shot?
When the other team has the ball, you must find this.
What is a person to guard?
This violation happens when you take two or more steps without dribbling.
What is traveling?
This hand protects the ball while the other dribbles.
What is your non-dribbling hand?
This pass is thrown above your head to go over defenders.
What is an overhead pass?
In layup/jumpshot lines, these two roles switch after each shot.
What are shooter and rebounder?
In “Stepped on Gum,” the defender is called this.
What is the Gum?
This happens when you dribble with two hands at the same time.
What is double dribble?
Once you stop dribbling, you must do one of these two things.
What is pass or shoot?
When doing a bounce pass, you should aim for the floor about this far between you and your teammate.
What is ¾ of the way?
In Hot Shot, you do this when you make the basket.
What is pick up the cone and bring it back?
During dribbling & defense drills, defenders are NOT allowed to do this.

If we can’t determine who knocked the ball out of bounds, we quickly do this.
